From My Personal Experience:

The high concentration of O₃ in the oil provides a direct "oxygen boost."
I’ll be honest: in the beginning, I couldn’t stand the smell! Even though I was convinced by the science, it took me time to build a routine. Here is what happened when I did:

1. External Use: Targeting Wrinkles - OOO Alone:
I started with just one single drop on my forehead, where I had visible wrinkles. I massaged it once a day before my routine.

The Result: Drastic, visible results! My wrinkles reduced until they were nearly invisible. My skin texture improved so much that you can see the difference in my Instagram reels.

4. External Use: Daily Care - OOO Mixed:
Every day after showering, I rub my body with a blend I created: Ozonated Olive Oil + Hemp + Jojoba + Olive + Castor Oils. The overall texture of my skin has never been better.

5. Internal Use: OOO Alone:
I am still in the experimenting phase of taking our Oil orally. I am taking one single drop on an empty stomach. But from what I have experimented with, I felt a boost of Energy!
