Why Me??

How often have you asked yourself that question? Why does this keep happening to me over and over again? You wake up to the same routine, same traumas, same reactions... (if you choose to!) We all have been there till... one day, you realize that you are responsible for all of the above!

How?

Yes! As Bashar says, our reality is defined by our definitions and our belief systems!
Once you know the importance of mastering your thoughts and your belief system, you begin to BEND your reality literally!

Innerstanding the Subconscious Mind

Our subconscious mind is our dedicated servant, and it is programmable! Its only purpose is to keep us alive and 'out of suffering' by doing its essential function: running the programs we received from stage -9 months to 7 years (approx.). The programs installed in the subconscious mind form our belief system!

Accessing our subconscious mind requires being in a very particular brain wave state, where the brain is relaxed and receptive. These brain waves are accessible through these methods:

  1. Hypnagogic State (Before Sleep and Upon Waking): The moments just before we fall asleep and right after we wake up are when our brain is in an alpha state, which is highly receptive to suggestions. Use this time for affirmations or visualization.
  2. Meditation: Regular meditation helps quiet the conscious mind and allows us to tap into the subconscious. Guided meditations specifically designed for subconscious reprogramming can be very effective.
  3. Hypnosis: Self-hypnosis or working with a professional hypnotist can directly access and reprogram our subconscious mind.
  4. Repetition and Affirmations: Consistently and consciously repeating positive affirmations and visualizations gradually reprograms our subconscious beliefs over time.
  5. Deep Relaxation Techniques: Techniques such as progressive muscle relaxation or deep breathing exercises can help us reach a state where our subconscious mind is more accessible

Practical Steps

1 - Identify Limiting Beliefs: Take an honest look at your reality: where are you continually repeating the same disempowering scenarios? These situations are where you have a limiting belief that is holding you back from being in alignment with who you are.

2 - Reprogram Your Subconscious Mind:
Use affirmations, visualization, and meditation to reprogram your subconscious mind. Uninstall the outdated misbeliefs and replace them with new empowering ones!

3 - Feed your Mind, Body, and Soul: The great motivational speaker Tony Robbins, he emphasizes the importance of feeding our Minds, Bodies, and Souls:

  • Feed Your Mind Daily: Spend at least 30 minutes daily reading or listening to valuable content that expands your knowledge and mindset.
  • Strengthen Your Body Daily: Physical exercise boosts mental and emotional well-being, helping to combat fear and anger.
  • Take Massive Action: Overcome inertia by taking consistent and significant actions toward your goals.
  • Feed your Soul: Find your purpose, be passionate about it and about the Life running through your veins, and be of service to Humanity!

4 - Practice Mindfulness: Regularly practice being present in the moment. Simple exercises like deep breathing or body scans can help.

Inspired Action and Applicable Knowledge

Feeding your mind with great knowledge is one thing; applying that knowledge is a totally different story; this is where real transformation happens. It only takes one decision to create impactful changes in our realities. To apply the knowledge we feed our minds with, all it takes is a decision, manifested through inspired action.

Once we learn to access our built-in programs and remove the blockages holding us back from being our authentic selves, every trigger becomes a teacher, and we become the masters of our own reality.
