I asked her: "Am I on the right path?" Tears in my eyes. She knew nothing about what I was going through. She replied: "Rita... YOU ARE the path!"
That was the first time I had a spiritual conversation with someone on their inner journey. It happened in the middle of the absolute chaos I was going through. I had literally destroyed the life I was living after making a drastic change in my personal life. Back then, I could only see the destruction. Although I knew I made the right decision to leave everything behind, the aftermath was bitter.
I woke up one day to the fact that I was not happy at all. I was going through the Dark Night of the Soul. I was crying myself to sleep every single night, saying from the deepest part of my heart: "This is not what I came on Earth for!!! Too many challenges!!! Too much anger, frustration, and sadness!!!" I was sure there was a way out. I decided to stop being a victim and start being a Programmer.

From a Sage Smudge to Reprogramming the Mind
My journey of "Remembering" began with a single sage bundle and a prayer. A friend suggested, "Why not sell those herbs you bundle?" I used to bundle Sage just for my personal use. I thought, Why not!
I began going to Nature, walking the whole village I live in with my two young kids. I used to whisper to the Sacred Plant before cutting: "Please, I just intend to be able to pay for my phone and buy some stuff for my kids!" I bundled hundreds, threw away two-thirds because I didn’t know how to stock them, and started over and over again. Back then, I didn't have the money to invest in crystals or macrame ropes; I created art from old yarn and wooden beads I found at home. Everything you see today at Sacred was once just a whisper to a herb.
But while I was bundling herbs, I was also "hacking" my brain.
Innerstanding the Subconscious Mind
As Bashar says, our reality is defined by our definitions and our belief systems! Once you know the importance of mastering your thoughts, you begin to BEND your reality literally.
Our subconscious mind is a dedicated servant. Its only purpose is to keep us alive and "out of suffering." It runs the programs we received from -9 months to approximately 7 years old. These installed programs form your entire belief system! To change the output (your life), you must change the input (the program).
For 1 year in a row—365 nights—before sleeping, I listened to podcasts by Dr. Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, and Tony Robbins. I fed my subconscious mind empowering messages. I began to see the patterns and misbeliefs talking on my behalf.
I even named my subconscious mind: Rita Prym. We have discussions now. I thank her for keeping me "safe" all those years, but I let her know that I am the one leading now.
