Who can Wear Rudraksha? Irrespective of background or condition, anyone can wear Rudraksha – children over 14, the elderly, and those with illnesses.

How to Condition a New Rudraksha: Immerse in ghee for 24 hours, soak in full-fat milk for another 24 hours, and wipe with a clean cloth. Conditioning every six months maintains their natural state.

When to Wear Rudraksha Mala: Wear the mala anytime, even during sleep or shower. Cold water baths without chemical soap are ideal for it.

When not to Wear Rudraksha Mala: during intercourse or any sexual activities. and when visiting a cemetery.

Energizing and Purifying Rudraksha: Methods include soaking in saltwater, using a copper vessel with holy water, or chanting mantras like Om Namah Shivaya.

How to use it: While meditating with Rudraksha, hold it between the thumb and ring finger, and place it on your lap. Men should hold it in the right hand, women in the left. Close your eyes, relax and focus between your eyebrows. Meditate and chant 'Om Namah Shivay' for enhanced focus; or any other mantra.

Personal Experience: In my journey, I consecutively wore my Rudraksha for 40 days, allowing it to absorb and resonate with my Energy. After those 40 days, I incorporated it into my daily practices, using it to repeat my mantra and channel healing energy. Additional Guidance
- If unable to wear Rudraksha, wrap it in clean cotton or silk cloth, and keep it in containers made of natural materials like copper, gold, or silver. Avoid placing it on the floor.
- Devotees should place Rudraksha beads on an altar, offering fruits, unsalted nuts, jaggery, and flowers fortnightly or monthly. Also, light a ghee lamp and incense.
- Maintain the beads by washing, drying, and oiling them. Re-energize every 3 to 6 months to prevent them from becoming dry.
