"The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne
Around 2008, I bumped into the famous bestseller "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne.
It was revolutionary at the time. The idea that thoughts create reality felt empowering, almost mystical. Visualization, gratitude, positive thinking, and emotional alignment, all packaged into a simple formula:
Think it. Feel it. Receive it.
My innerstanding of manifestation did not begin with mastery; it began with fascination.
The book made so much sense to me! The fascination empowered me to manifest several breakthroughs, but yet...
The First Layer: Psychological Empowerment
The Secret introduced a powerful shift in perspective:
You are not a victim of circumstance. You are a creator of experience.
That alone radically transforms someone’s internal narrative. It moves a person from helplessness to agency. And that matters.
But over time, I began noticing something.
There was still effort.
Still forcing.
Still “trying to manifest.”
Still subtle frustration when the results did not appear.
The Second Layer
Long story very short: in 2017, I began researching, researching, and researching the reason why some people are happy, why I was sad, and why others seemed empowered.
Some people were successful, I was stuck.
I was really unhappy. So I began to listen to mentors, take notes, and teaching myself how to reprogram my subconscious mind. Since I was naturally gifted in writing, I "mastered" the art of writing affirmations.
The fascination empowered me to bend my reality through words, and I perceived huge breakthroughs in my reality!!! From Sacred, to the book I wrote, to the other business (Glowrious) I founded... but STILL.
I am still working, being, and trying to get that financial abundance that I am aiming for.
The Third Layer: Natural Law
In 2019, the mind-opening book by Mark Passio titled The Natural Law of Attraction was a powerful, mind-blowing revelation to me.
Passio does not present the Law of Attraction as a visualization technique or wish-fulfillment tool. He frames it as an expression of Natural Law (just like the gravitational law in classical physics), universal principles that govern cause and effect.
In this perspective:

The Law of Attraction is not separate from other universal laws.

It operates whether you believe in it or not.

What you think, feel, and do are causes.
-
The reality you experience is the effect.
Manifestation is not about “thinking positive” to get what you want.
It is about innerstanding that consequences follow causes.
For Passio, alignment is not emotional hype. It is moral responsibility, self-awareness, and recognizing that reality reflects the quality of what you generate inwardly.
The law is not responding to desire.
It is responding to what you are actually putting into motion.
The Fourth Layer: Bashar, Parallel Realities and Alignment
According to Bashar, all possible realities already exist simultaneously. There is not one fixed timeline unfolding. There are infinite parallel realities.
You do not “create” reality from nothing.
You shift into the version of reality that matches your vibration.
In this model:

Your beliefs and definitions shape the way you perceive Reality

Your frequency determines which parallel reality you experience.

Alignment is vibrational, not forced.
But YET!
My Evolution
I am lucky and really blessed to have my sister. Our spiritual paths, our evolution, and our expansion are intertwined. We always have amazing conversations about life and reality.
She is present in every part of my life, and she is witness to my own evolution, as much as I am to hers.
Until yesterday, for the record, the 12th of February, we were having one of those mind-blowing talks...
We are still looking for answers: why do we have to worry about the roof over our heads, and all those materialistic questions...
She looked me straight in the eye and said:
"According to Bashar... everything is a mirror... and everything is a reflection..."
Eventually, we have been seeing this, repeating this, and applying and embodying this over and over again. Did she say something we didn’t know? No!
But it resonated in another way...
She said to me:
"It is not anymore about the Law of Attraction, it is the Law of Reflection!"
Conclusion
The Law of Attraction is not magic. It is a reflection. What you generate inwardly will appear outwardly. What you embody is what you experience.
So, as I continue this journey, I remind myself: I am not trying to get abundance, happiness, or fulfillment. I am being the vibration that reflects the reality I choose to live.
We are not passive observers. We are conscious creators. And the more we embrace this, the more we master our inner worlds... and thus the Law of Reflection
