The moon is a carved rainbow fluorite and the leaves are carved prehnite. Fluorite is a stone of focus, mental clarity, and balance. Prehnite is a stone of calm, trust, and compassion.
This necklace is handmade of oxidized copper and so is the chain.

Do not swim with this necklace or shower, store it in its pouch. To clean and polish it: rub a mixture of baking soda and water on it with a ball of steel wool, then rinse very well with water and dry it.
